On a summer evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of a 56-year-old man, Ronnie Banks, was tragically cut short. On July 4, 2017, Banks was inside a convenience store located on North Cary Street in the city's west side. In a sudden act of violence, he was shot in the upper body. The male victim was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
