Josue Barbosa Zamora, a 19-year-old resident of East Palo Alto, California, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2014. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of Dumbarton Avenue, where police responded to reports of a man down at approximately 7:17 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Josue suffering from a severe gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of paramedics, his injuries were too extensive, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
