Ray Lewis Rice, a 34-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 7, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2 a.m., on the 5300 block of South Budlong Avenue in the Vermont Square neighborhood.
