Wayne Patrick Cooper, a 36-year-old resident of Downey, California, was tragically shot and killed on March 25, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:30 a.m., in the 11600 block of Bellflower Boulevard. Cooper was found inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.
