Angel Armando Cajero, a 23-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 2, 2014, in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Cajero was walking west on Manitou Avenue around 4:20 p.m. when an unidentified man approached him and fired multiple shots.
