Ana Ortiz, a 19-year-old Latina, was tragically shot and killed on April 30, 2014, in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in the 6100 block of Brynhurst Avenue, where Ortiz was standing with a group of friends.
