Martin Figueroa, a 27-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2014. The incident occurred at his mother's house, where he was reportedly acting erratically. The Fresno Police Department responded to a call from his sister, Lizette Figueroa, who was concerned about his behavior.
