Jose Angel Martinez, a 31-year-old resident of Fresno, California, was tragically found shot to death inside a car on November 8, 2020. The discovery was made early in the morning when police responded to a call about an unresponsive man in the driver's seat of a black sedan parked near Olive and Millbrook, close to a homeless encampment on the Freeway 180 embankment.
