Jason Wilson, aged 42, died on May 23, 2014, in Citrus Heights, California, as a result of an officer-involved shooting. The incident began when a 911 call reported a domestic violence situation at a 7-11 store on Sunrise Boulevard and Woodmore Oaks Drive. The caller indicated that Wilson was threatening to kill a female subject and had removed his bicycle tire to use as a weapon.
