Jacob Lopez, a 20-year-old rising rap artist known by his stage name "Lul Tys," was tragically shot and killed on May 23, 2022, at the Birdcage Village Apartments in Citrus Heights, California. The incident occurred around 10:55 p.m. when Citrus Heights police responded to multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire.
