Eduardo Reyes, a 35-year-old resident of Citrus Heights, California, died on June 22, 2015, in an officer-involved shooting. The incident began when Reyes, who had been drinking heavily throughout the day, returned home and became verbally and physically abusive towards his wife, Lisa Reyes.
