Abraham Saldinas, a 38-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on May 29, 2014, in the 7300 block of Fulton Avenue in Valley Glen, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 6 a.m. when Saldinas got into an argument with another man, identified as 53-year-old Richard Field.
