Tijuan Folks, a 29-year-old man from Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on June 2, 2014. The incident occurred in the 100 block of West 98th Street in the Broadway-Manchester area. According to reports, Folks and a 19-year-old woman were sitting inside a red sedan around 9 a.m. when a white or silver mid-sized vehicle approached them.
