Kevin McCalla, a 37-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on June 25, 2014, in El Cajon, California. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. at an apartment complex located at 1475 Graves Avenue. Witnesses reported hearing an argument between two men just before multiple gunshots rang out. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found McCalla lying on a pathway within the complex, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the stomach.
