Kevin McCalla, a 37-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on June 25, 2014, in El Cajon, California. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. at an apartment complex located at 1475 Graves Avenue. Witnesses reported hearing an argument between two men just before multiple gunshots rang out.
