Hilario Hernandez Ramirez, a 44-year-old resident of Watsonville, California, tragically lost his life on July 13, 2014. He was found fatally shot in the neck in downtown Watsonville. The incident occurred on a Sunday night, and police responded to the scene at 30 W. Beach Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Ramirez with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
