Frankie Varela, a 32-year-old resident of Corona, California, tragically lost his life on September 20, 2014, in a violent incident that occurred on Interstate 15 near the El Cerrito off-ramp. Varela was involved in a shooting that took place during a confrontation between members of two notorious motorcycle clubs, the Mongols and the Hells Angels.
