On April 23, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m., 18-year-old Sincere Martin was fatally shot in the 900 block of Galvin Drive in El Cerrito, California. Emergency responders found Martin in the street with a gunshot wound and airlifted him to a trauma center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
