Steve Gagnon, a 50-year-old resident of El Cerrito, California, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2017. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and tragic. Gagnon was found dead in his home, having been fatally shot by his lifelong friend, Lance Paulson. The incident occurred when Paulson, who was 54 at the time, visited Gagnon's residence.
