In the autumn of 2017, the life of 39-year-old Charles Hamilton was tragically cut short in a burst of violence that also claimed the life of another man. On the evening of Tuesday, September 26, a quadruple shooting erupted in Northeast Baltimore, leaving two men dead and two others wounded. Charles Hamilton, a male resident of Baltimore, was identified as one of the deceased victims.
