Jaymee Rashaud Bandy, a 23-year-old man from Willowbrook, California, was tragically shot and killed on November 9, 2014. The incident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. outside the Willow Brook Green Apartment complex, located in the 1600 block of East 118th Place.
