Jerrod Ray Taylor, a 23-year-old resident of Willowbrook, California, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2014. According to reports, Taylor was shot during an incident involving his best friend, Dominique Cheppelle Barnett. The two friends were part of a group of about 10 to 15 people gathered in front of a location on East 138th Street.
