Walter Bryant Dorsey III, a 26-year-old resident of Venice, California, tragically lost his life on December 11, 2014, in Inglewood. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Dorsey was fatally shot in the vicinity of Manchester and Crenshaw boulevards. Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots around 8:35 p.m. and observed a person fleeing the scene. Dorsey was seen running across the street before collapsing on the sidewalk.
