Johnnie Jones III, a 30-year-old man from Lancaster, California, was tragically shot and killed on January 17, 2015. The incident occurred in the 45400 block of Corkwood Avenue. According to reports, the altercation began around 10:30 p.m. when Jones got into an argument with two men. During the confrontation, one of the men pulled out a handgun and shot Jones.
