Ronal Joseph Lawson, a 25-year-old resident of Lancaster, California, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2019. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Lawson was fatally shot in what is believed to be a gang-related incident. The shooting occurred around 7:40 p.m. at the intersection of Avenue J-12 and Challenger Way. Deputies responding to the scene found Lawson with at least one gunshot wound to his upper body.
