Larry Villela, a 28-year-old resident of Maywood, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 6, 2015. The incident occurred in the 6000 block of King Avenue, a residential area in Maywood. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the shooting happened shortly after 3 p.m. People in the vicinity reported hearing gunshots and subsequently found Villela lying on a small strip of grass outside a home.
