Wendy Caroline Martinez, a 16-year-old Latina, was tragically shot and killed on March 3, 2015, in the 15700 block of Roscoe Boulevard in North Hills, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred around 11 p.m. when police responded to a call at a motel. Upon arrival, they found Wendy Martinez shot to death. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene. Wendy had been visiting Louie Lopez at the motel when the fatal shooting occurred.
