Delvin Deon Bailey, a 42-year-old African American male from Center, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 21, 2021. Bailey was fatally wounded during an altercation at a party held on County Road 2225 in Center. Witnesses reported that Bailey and Justin Earl Bennett, also 41 years old and from Center, were involved in a physical fight at the party.
