Shanta Lucero, a 22-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost her life on September 14, 2008. Her body was discovered by a security guard at the rear of a building in the 1300 block of Alameda Boulevard in Harbor City, Los Angeles. The cause of death was determined to be multiple gunshot wounds, and it is believed that she was killed elsewhere and her body was subsequently dumped in the alley.
