Melody Ann Brewer, a 17-year-old from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost her life on January 31, 2000. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Melody was shot in San Pedro, a neighborhood in Los Angeles. The incident occurred when she was sitting in a car, and it was later determined that she was not the intended target of the shooting.
