Eloise Elizarraraz, a 34-year-old Latina, was tragically found shot to death on January 7, 2017, in Sylmar, Los Angeles. Her body was discovered inside her black BMW near Harding Street and Tripoli Avenue. According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and coroner’s records, she was shot around 8:30 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 9 a.m. A registered nurse who lived nearby found her and attempted to help, but it was too late.
