Salvador Helguera, an 18-year-old resident of Rim Forest, California, tragically lost his life on March 29, 2015, in Cedar Glen, California. The incident occurred at a home on Balsam Way, where deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to a shooting report.
