Adalberto Garcia Solis, a 25-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 24, 2015, in the Florence neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred in the 400 block of East 65th Street. On that fateful evening, shortly before 7:30 p.m., Garcia was standing on the sidewalk outside a home with another man. The man went inside to use the bathroom, leaving Garcia alone.
