Jerry Alexander Ramos, a 25-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on October 7, 2018, in the Arlington Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred in the 1200 block of South Crenshaw Boulevard.
