Zai Chao Wu, an 18-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2015. Wu was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a gang-related shootout that occurred near his home on Lemon Hill Avenue. On the evening of the incident, Wu was playing a video game in his bedroom when a stray bullet pierced through his window, striking him in the head.
