Todd James Britt, a 51-year-old man from Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on September 16, 2015. The incident occurred in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood, specifically in the 7900 block of South Normandie Avenue. According to reports, Britt was walking his dog around 6 p.m. when he was approached by an unknown assailant who shot him.
