Rigoberto Santamaria, a 35-year-old resident of Visalia, California, was tragically killed on September 17, 2015. The incident occurred in a north Visalia neighborhood, where Santamaria was gunned down on North Highland Street. At approximately 5:52 p.m., Visalia police received reports of shots fired, followed by reports of a man shot on the sidewalk.
