Esequel Arredondo, a 22-year-old resident of Visalia, California, tragically lost his life on July 27, 2018, in a shooting incident. On that fateful evening, Visalia police responded to reports of gunfire in the 500 block of North Locust Street. Upon arrival, officers found Arredondo lying next to an SUV, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
