Reazon Owens-Green

In the winter of 2017, a young life was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Reazon Owens-Green, a 20-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot on the 600 block of North Dukeland Street on December 23rd. The violence that ended his life was a stark reminder of the challenges facing the city.
