On a cold December evening in Baltimore, the life of a young man was tragically cut short, leaving a community searching for answers. The rhythmic pulse of the city was shattered by the sound of gunfire on December 21, 2021. When police arrived at the 2900 block of Hollins Ferry Road at approximately 9:05 p.m., they found 24-year-old Curtis Brown suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. A Black male, Brown was pronounced dead at the scene, his death quickly classified as a homicide.
