Cedric Purify, a 26-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2015. Cedric was fatally shot outside Fats Bar and Grill on North Pershing Avenue in Stockton. The incident occurred shortly after 1:30 a.m., when Cedric, who was a semi-professional football player and youth pastor, was attempting to break up a fight outside the bar.
