Willy Barrios, a 15-year-old boy from Pacoima, Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on October 26, 2015. The incident occurred near the intersection of Van Nuys Boulevard and Norris Avenue around 2:20 a.m. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department's Foothill Division found Willy on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his head.
