Todd Elliott Marshall, a 51-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2018. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Marshall was fatally shot in the Pacoima neighborhood. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds next to his bicycle on a curb. The weapon used in the shooting was believed to be a 9mm firearm, and Marshall was pronounced dead at the scene.
