Valente Casas, a 23-year-old resident of Pico Rivera, California, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on November 1, 2015. The incident occurred during a Halloween party held in the 9600 block of Par Place. According to reports, Casas was among 70 to 80 attendees at the party when an argument broke out between him and another individual.
