Rudy Sebastian Garcia, a 22-year-old resident of Pico Rivera, California, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2017. According to reports, Garcia was standing near his friend's car on Acacia Avenue around 12:47 a.m. when an unknown assailant approached and opened fire. Garcia was struck multiple times in the upper body and, despite attempting to flee, collapsed a short distance away.
