Ruben Mendoza, a 42-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on November 14, 2015. Mendoza was standing in the alley outside his home on Berendo Avenue in Westmont, engaging in a conversation with two other men. The discussion escalated into an argument, during which one of the men pulled out a gun and shot Mendoza.
