Do you know who killed Rufus Vijay Clark in 2019? In the early morning hours of May 21, 2019, the quiet of a Camp Springs, Maryland neighborhood was broken by the sound of gunfire. Responding to a call for a welfare check around 12:40 a.m. in the 5400 block of Morris Avenue, Prince George's County police discovered the body of a man on the sidewalk. The victim was identified as 28-year-old Rufus Clark, a Black male from the nearby town of Temple Hills. He was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
