Juan Carlos Espinoza, aged 50, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2015, in San Bernardino, California. Espinoza was one of the 14 victims of the mass shooting at the Inland Regional Center. This horrific event unfolded during a holiday party for the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health, where Espinoza worked as an environmental health inspector.
