Kiven Jabbar Arnold, a 26-year-old resident of Pomona, California, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2019, in San Bernardino. The incident occurred during an attempted robbery that escalated into a deadly shootout. According to reports, Arnold was allegedly attempting to rob a 26-year-old man from San Bernardino when both individuals drew firearms and exchanged gunfire. The confrontation took place in the 300 block of West 8th Street around 2:10 p.m. on that fateful Saturday.
