Nitesh Kumar, a 24-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on the night of August 26, 2019. Kumar, who was a reservist in the U.S. Army, was found shot to death outside an apartment complex on North Sierra Way. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots, described as sounding like firecrackers, just before 11 p.m. that night.
