Aurora Luz Banales Godoy, aged 26, tragically lost her life on December 2, 2015, in the San Bernardino Inland Regional Center shooting. This mass shooting was a terrorist attack carried out by Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, who targeted a holiday party for the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health.
